Performed hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analyses in support of industrial and infrastructure projects around the globe. Prepared regional extreme-value frequency analyses of maxima from precipitation time series. Performed statistical analyses of low flows in rivers and streams to support Native American Tribes in the western U.S. in securing & managing their water rights, including for the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs in Oregon and the Pechanga Band of Luiseño Mission Indians in California. Secured water rights are among the most valuable resources for Native American communities in the western U.S. Collected and analyzed agriculture water use data for areas in and around the Native American Reservations. Performed precipitation-runoff modeling and river systems operations modeling studies in support of water rights negotiations.
